Whether it is a conventional large LED screen or a transparent LED screen, it is actually a piece of box spliced together. Each box usually has a fixed size. The most common size in the industry is 1000mm × 500mm, that is, the area of a single box is 0.5 square meters. Here is an example for easy understanding:

The customer customized the window transparent screen in Lianman Optoelectronics, the screen is 8 meters long and 5 meters wide. The size of the cabinet is 1000mm×500mm, then 8 cabinets are required for the length and 10 cabinets for the width, and a total of 80 cabinets are required to splicing this large screen.

So some people must be curious, why not make a whole screen, or make the box bigger, isn't that bad? In fact, these have been considered for a long time, and it will not work. Because the box is too large, the weight will increase, it is inconvenient to move and transport, and it is also inconvenient to install. More importantly, it becomes very difficult to maintain later. Therefore, comprehensive consideration, the current LED transparent screen box area is generally controlled within 0.2~1 square meters. If the box is customized for special occasions, the area will be larger, but generally not more than 3 square meters.

Regardless of the installation method of the above transparent LED screen, it is necessary to ensure that the splicing between the cabinets is flat, and the seam is controlled within 1mm to ensure the normal playback of the display effect.
